Are there are any current situations in the world that relate to the novel? what are they, and how do they relate? does the novel shed any light on how current situations could be resolved or "fixed"?
I don't know what's happening in this world. I don't watch news or read newspapers very often, but I can relate some events that have occured recently. On the news about three years ago, I heard that a twenty-year-old Korean guy murdered his father because he didn't want to serve in the Korean army. The guy has killed other person for his own sake. (actually he wasn't even sure that he would die if he goes to the army or not) I hear lots of news about people committing crimes that seem to sound barbaric and ridiculous.
